Robert Carroll, P.E.
Vice President/ Principal
Robert Carroll has been a project engineer with McNeil Carroll Engineering, Inc. for more than twenty (20) years being responsible for design and permitting of stormwater collection/treatment systems, wastewater collection/ transmission systems, water distribution systems, solid waste facilities and all associated permitting. Mr. Carroll also has extensive experience in planning of residential subdivisions, school facilities, commercial developments and water and wastewater systems.
